• Their museum house the 5 famous wrecks that helped us understand viking ship building and culture.

• The museum also has many wonderful exhibits showing viking-age technology, how they constructed their ships, much history, and you can also see the ships actively being built.

• They take the public out on sails on real viking ships.

• Members of the museum have a chance to go on long voyages with the viking ships and retracing some of their original journeys.
